This is a very nicely furnished and laid out single room apartment with everything a couple would need. As with all 4 of the apartments in this building it is light and airy and has windows out on to some fantastic views.

This apartment is ideal for couples for anything from a few nights to a few months.

The block is situated near the center in a small rural village in central Marche, Italy. Ideally situated to explore this fantastic county.

BOOKING INFORMATION

Please contact us via phone or e-mail in order to confirm that the relevant apartment is available, we will then send a booking form. We request that the booking form be completed (names and period of stay) and returned in order to confirm the booking. Two months prior to your stay the balance is requested. We also request a £200 refundable security deposit which is returned to you two weeks after your stay. Please note that clients should ensure bank charges incurred for the transferal of money are covered by your payment, shortcomings will be deduted from the security deposit.
