This shows the view for the balcony - in the front of the pisture you can see the roof tops of the village where La Panoramica is situated. The is the main street, in fact it consist of little more! There is a shop and bar on the ground floor of the rooftop furthest to the left - just 50 meters from your door. You can see the church to the right at the end of the street (where my sons were christened). Over the rooftops is the stunning Marche countryside. the town in the middle is Treia. In the far distance you can make out the Adriatic sea 25 kms away - this is what you will see whenever you stand on you balcony! |

Both apartment's Macerata and Cingoli have a terrace (it is child safe) set at the top of the building and overlooking the sleepy agricultural town and way beyond, it is the ideal place from which to enjoy the sunshine whilst watching the world go by and soaking in the views. The living area is fully furnished and very comfortable with seating for six. All apartmetns have full central heating and traditional wooden ceilings, which apart from adding to the experience means they are well insulated - making them ideal for winter stays as well as summer.
