LOCATION - The Apartments are situated in Central Marche - (the marches) a stunning, region of italy with all of the qualities of Tuscany without the crowds or the prices. So Much to discover and so much to see for all ages - please see our page on Le Marche or visit www.inlemarche.com - a great site to see what is available in Le Marche and where for all the family. CONVENIENCES There is a store just 50 meters from the door with all essentials and in particular, some fantastic bread. Also 50 meters away is a bar from which to enjoy breakfast pastries, the essential coffee and everybodies favourite, the aperitivo. Please note that breakfast can now be ordered and delivered to your apartment. A Family Restaurant is situated just 3 minutes flat walk away. It serves typical Italian and Marchigiano food including Pizza! The restaurant has a great family atmosphere and is priced very fairly meaning that it is often visited more than once in a week by our guests! Just 5 minutes drive is the hilltop town of Cingoli - a stunning Medieval Hilltop Town with everything that you might need - butchers (with some formidable hand made salamis, bakers, supermarkets, and many restuarants and bars. THE APARTMENTS - La Panoramica offers superb accommodation in four apartments recently restored to their former glory. The apartments are set in the center of this terriffic, rich and unspoilt region of Italy - Le Marche. All guests have access to a large garden with view, veranda, seating, external showers and toilets, communal kitchen, external lighting, and garden furniture. The apartments (all named after local Marche towns) vary in size:- A 2 person apartment - Treia. The "monolocale" (Fantastic value holiday accommodation in Le Marche. The other three apartments Arcevia, Cingoli, and Macerata sleep up to 6 people. Macerata is the largest sleeping up to 6 with a large double bedroom, a twin room, and a double sofa bed and Terrace area with the most stunning view over Le Marche (seen above). All apartments have fully equipped, kitchen, bathroom and all home comforts. All vary in price slightly dependent on terrace and views. THE GARDEN - WITH SWIMMING POOL
SPECIAL DINING SERVICES - A very special feature that we are working on is the use the cantine of the adjoining country house to arrange Home cooking Experinces for guests. Cooking will be arranged by locals from Avenale so guests can experience the local cuisine as cooked in italian, particularly Marche homes. It is also a golden opportunity to mix with the locals (and perhaps practice a few words of Italian), some truly wonderful generous people living the agricultural life of decades gone by. Italians take thier food and wine very seriously, and none more than those from Le Marche. Local, fresh and genuine ingredients, and local wines will be used in traditional recipes as passed on from generation to generation, and these will be on offer. I can assure you that nobody will leave the table hungry or thirsty and without a fresh respect for Italian cuisine. Please enquire regarding this extra feature, it truly is a great chance to experience Le Marche in a way that is not possible without Italian family.This experience will be arranged on request. FLIGHTS - Le Marche is now a highly accessible region with the regular (daily or twice daily) flights to Ancona, Pescara and Bologna operated by lowcost airline Ryanair from London Stansted and Liverpool. The flexibility allows these offers to be taken as the cheapest flights are often mid week.

The photograph of the view at the top of each page shows the view from the balcony - in the front of the picture you can see the roof tops of the village where La Panoramica is situated. This is the main street, in fact the village consists of little more! There is a shop and bar on the ground floor of the rooftop furthest to the left - just 50 meters from your door. You can see the church to the right at the end of the street (where my sons were christened). Over the rooftops is the stunning Marche countryside - the town in the middle is Treia. In the far distance you can make out the Adriatic sea 25 kms away - this is what you will see whenever you open the living room doors and wander out to stand on the balcony! |
